This is where I stopped listening to the podcast a couple of weeks ago, as three fairly fluffy, uninteresting and non-sciencey episodes (gems, watches and death) in a row made me think that the series wasn't quite what I had hoped it would be. If others are still listening, I would be interested to hear how they found these three episodes, and where the podcast goes from here.

This one in particular really annoyed me as I couldn't really tell what this 'thanatologist' actually specialised in other than being interested in death. Nor is her website particularly convincing. I would have been far more interested in, for example, a palliative care/ end of life nurse or specialist.
