Selfie: Un-Tag My Heart
October 8, 2014 2:17 PM - Season 1, Episode 2 - Subscribe

Eliza attempts to teach Henry "facebookery", while trying to turn a booty call into a dating relationship.

Eliza listens to Henry's advice, but won't let him slut-shame her or critique her sales technique's, reminding him that she's the top sales rep, and that her generation is different than his when it comes to sex. Henry gets sucked into Facebook, but his embarrassment over mistaken tagging leads to him close his account, even though it helped connect with people.

Most pressing topic first: Has Eliza's hair significantly changed since the pilot? Way less red?

Maybe she's using a different wig from when they filmed the pilot? I don't think she's had time to grow her hair past her shoulders since Guardians of the Galaxy.

Next pressing topic: how often can we get Henry to stay at the office overnight so we can see that unbuttoned shirt again?

"I'm on Linked.in!"
"Don't make it worse."

I like the way they're platonic but clearly care about each other. And little "manpoison"!

I want so badly to like this show, but it's like an idea for a show without a lot of thought put into it. Also, the, "Whoa, Facebook is a time suck!" idea just doesn't fit with Henry's position in the company, since he's in charge of changing hearts and minds, social media would certainly come into it.

The show itself is not good, but the two actors make it worth while. My husband and I kept repeating "these actors are much too good for this." Meaning they actually do a damn good job given the drivel they have to work with. I hope it stays on the air long enough to break out of it's one-note shell.
