Nat Faxon('s character) talking about Jim Rash('s character) in the season finale is one of the funniest things I've seen on television in a while.

I really hope this show gets renewed. It's not as strong as The Good Place, which is operating on another level, but it's a solid comedy with two hilarious female leads and an excellent supporting cast.

Over in the Ghosted thread they talked about B+ comedies, and this fits that category perfectly. I liked the first season better, it was more Carol-centric and Andrea Martin is the best part of the show. Just had no real interest in the Katie/Greg love story.

Having Tina Fey occasionally was fun- "Give me a pervert's high five... you know how it's done."

This show presents Andrea Martin being better than she's been in anything since SCTV, and John Michael Higgins being better than anything he's ever been when not being directed by Christopher Guest. The episode where Chuck befriended Portia's boyfriend was classic.

My girlfriend and I enjoy this show since it's in the same spirit as 30 Rock, and while Season 2 had a slow start, it built up and became good entertainment again. We hope it's renewed, but if it's not, this season ended in a satisfying place.
