Interest in The Alienist?

I'm already a few episodes behind, but is there any interest in discussing The Alienist? And if so, enough that we'd need to do both book and show threads?

I’d be willing. I’ve enjoyed the first two episodes so far. Great atmosphere and a really facinating depiction of NYC at that time. I’ve not read any books (actually, I didn’t know the show was based on any books) so, I definitely wouldn’t be into including them.

I haven't seen it yet, but plan to check it out soon, and if I like it I'll definitely be looking for FanFare threads on it.

Just did a search for this as I'm very into the show! I haven't read the book so I'm also very into avoiding spoilers and afraid to look up anyone else talking about it for fear of running into them.
