I mean, it’s terrible, but I’m still watching. I really hope they get Archie out of the Leopold & Loeb juveniles detention center soon, because that whole plot line is annoying.

Is there an actual demon controlling the dungeons and dragons playing teens that was awoken by virtually every adult in Riverdale while they were teenagers? And is this different from the baby levitating force at the farm cult?

I feel like the sudden influx of weird supernatural forces is meant to bridge to the Sabrina Netflix show, but if so .... well, let's just say I hope that show is going to take things in a different direction.

And, yeah, the prison plotline is terrible, although Veronica's alter ego "Monica Posh" did make me laugh - way to lean into the implausiblity of that plan.

I assume that the cult and the Dungeons and Dragons game are somehow going to be related. At least I hope they are, because that's a lot of supernatural if they aren't.

I really thought the show learned its lesson last season that nobody likes the "dark Archie" plotlines, but it seems like they're just going to lean into that more with this whole prison thing.

I'm assuming that ultimately the seemingly supernatural stuff will have a not so supernatural reason behind them.

Also, isn't Toni on the cheerleading squad now? Why wasn't she at that weird (but so Riverdale) pep rally outside the prison?

Whoever's behind it would probably get away with it too, if not for those meddling kids.

I'm just going to start calling this show That Is Not How X Works, where X is prison, role-playing games, gangs, normal human speech...

The cackle I got from the name of the juvenile detention center was not worth the rest of the plotline, someone please make it end.
