This is more horror-adjacent than straight horror, but it's riveting and head-spinning.

What a great movie. I was clicking around cable and saw my favourite sadsack Leland Orser sadsacking it up in a motel with this mesmerizing woman; it was already 20 minutes in, but it grabbed me and held me.

The twist is Shyamalanian in nature (which is to say, unsurprising and faintly absurd), but the movie was tremendous fun regardless, I felt. It's hard to talk more about it without spoilers, but I greatly enjoyed the implicit ellipsis of the ending.
