Awww, Patrick is so cute when he's doped to the gills. I loved how David was so charmed by it, even while he was freaking out about the baby stuff. And I really enjoyed the way Johnny and Stevie came around to the understanding of what they wanted in terms of their partnership; I've had that kind of miscommunication where you're trying to spare the other person's feelings or think you know what they're trying to say. Poor Moira, though; they should have stopped at the whole notion of trained crows being released.

That's one of the great joys about this show, for me--that it's mostly about little things, once you get past the high concept beginning of how the Roses get there. The way David and Patrick's romance evolved, the partnership between Johnny and Stevie, how Alexis may not be the best publicist but she's trying...

The cover of John's book was gold. I love the little historical Eugene Levy and Catherine O'Hara bits that get sprinkled through the show.

I was really touched by how happy Johnny was when Stevie decided to stay.
