This was, I thought, a strangely pro-cop drama, given that it's full of dirty cops. Did any fugitive, ever, pause to exclaim "the cops are smart?" And JK Simmons's "why not exploit this degradation of not-cops" disgusts no one (other than our supposed hero)? And shutting down the Island? On an officer's say-so? Um, no. Pass.
