Poor Dawn, having to parent your mom and your employer is rough. And charm Kristy on top of it all! Exhausting. I was so glad when Sharon intervened on her daughter's behalf at the end of the episode.
Kristy, in general but especially this episode, reminds me very strongly of an annoying, bossy coworker I have. I actally already use a variation of Dawn's "asking for babysitting lessons" strategy to manage that relationship, so I'm going to start thinking of it as "namaste-ing her into submission." Adults really are just bigger weirdos managing the best they can.
