Ubbe and co find paradise and its inhabitantsg. Alfred gives himself a new look, but can't run from his illness. Hvitserk, as brother, knows whenever Ivar is going to be up to something. Ingrid continues to stir up trouble in Kattegat, Erik wants retribution.

Ubbe being a deft diplomat isn't surprising, but leaving iron gifts doesn't super make sense if they had no idea that the locals hadn't reached worked iron in their tech tree.

It helps having some iron already in order to bootstrap a foundry/ smithy, and whatever they had is a very limited resource until then. Those first pairs of tongs are going to be a pain to come up with.
