This was hyped by a horror page that does group viewings as the B feature in a double feature. It did nothing for me and I turned it off halfway in. Not bad, just not my jam. I'd be interested to know if someone saw the whole thing if I cut out too soon.

So I just watched the trailer and I have definitely seen this movie before I just don't remember it. Which is probably not a great sign.

So apparently this movie is based on a novel by the same name in which we get a balance between Claire and Andi's inner monologues. The book apparently abruptly ends allowing the reader to decide what happens based on what has led up to this moment. It sounds pretty interesting so I might actually rewatch the movie and see if it matches up with the description of the novel. From the trailer it seems we really only get Claire's inner monologue and that another character was added to take the place of another from the novel changing the ending in a pretty major way. I'm trying not to spoiler the book or the movie.

Max Reimelt who plays Andi was also Wolfgang in Sens8. The movie is indeed quite different from the book particularly the ending.
