A priest welcomes a struggling couple into his house at Christmas time. What begins as a simple act of kindness quickly becomes the ultimate test of his faith.

David's flock has dwindled to almost nothing when he discovers a man sleeping in one of the pews after a sermon on christian charity. Realizing he has the opportunity to practice what he preaches and potentially welcome a new member to his flock, he offers the man, Terry, a ride and later a place to stay. The following day Terry's girlfriend Lexi arrives ,and David reluctantly welcomes her as well. While David attempts to educate Terry about the Bible and christian morals, Terry and Lexi's presence begin to uncover truths David would prefer remain hidden.

This is the second film by Eric Pennycoff to feature Jeremy Gardner and Tayler Zaudtke. It also stars Graham Skipper.

Currently ranked at 92% on Rotten Tomatoes.

I just watched this and it was bonkers. Jeremy Gardner was a live wire.

If you saw it on Arrow, there is also a "video essay" about the movie-the imagery and themes and an interview with the director and Graham Skipper.
