Even though looking into poverty from the perspective of capitalist economists can sometimes be skeevy, this was pretty interesting.

This was very interesting, but (as a non-listener to Planet Money regularly), I thought the 18-minute story was a bit underdeveloped. I'd love to hear a more in-depth report than, "Someone who returned to Peru found the economy was broken, so he fixed it, and now countries are rated, so they're fixing it too."
