Will starts working with a new songwriter. The Conrad Sisters open for Rayna at the Opry. Luke spends time with his son.
Yeah, I guess you could say he's changed by the thing with his not-son, but Nashville hasn't exactly hit subtle character development. They just say it.
However, I forgive it a little of that because I actually real like the three of them playing together though I would vastly preferred they called themselves "The Exes" rather than "Triple Xes" which feels like it is trying too hard.
Loved Rayna's reaction to Deacon telling her about his cancer.

Really good episode. The Deacon, Rayna duet was terrific and XXX were joyful. Juliette's absence was something of a relief too.
