Fresh Off the Boat: License to Sell
March 29, 2015 5:46 PM - Season 1, Episode 9 - Subscribe

When Jessica goes to get her realtor license, she comes face to face with the best realtor in the city, who has years of experience (and sales) over Jessica, who lies to her family rather than admit she wasn't the best. Louis gets a sit-down, salon-style hair dryer ("and it's beautiful") to reach his "maximum hair potential." Eddie turns to his dad for advice on how to get Nicole to like him, and get some tips in the form of restaurant location guidance.

I dunno about Florida, but a Real Estate license here used to take months of study. That and getting a Mortgage Broker's license was the sign of a "real" agent; only having the agent's license was a sign of weak sauce. That, and it's tough being an independent - being an agent is upfront expensive.

Don't recall that hair drying chairs were "a thing," but massage chairs definitely were. Loved the Space Pilot play pretend, though.
