I have not seen this yet, but I have the book I assume it is based on, and which that I owned a copy of the DVD.\
Which I suspect I will have to import from the UK.

I have no idea if this is on the DVD, but there's a fan Q&A for it.

All I know is that there is a DVD shaped present under the Christmas tree, further reports may have to wait a week or so.
