This felt a little like they're starting to have to drag things out a bit. On the other hand it was pretty great hearing from others who knew John over the years.

The disputes over who the clerk called and when do seem very suspicious. Because Tyler said the cousins had already showed up at the house before he could even get to the hospital. Maybe the clerk lady knew they were the only other family on the list of names and called them immediately, the night before?

Episode 4 is the last one I have completed as of right now. My god, this show. I am engaged and bewildered in equal proportions.

And yeah, I am also suuuuuuuper side-eyeing the town clerk. Something hinky is going on.
