Our heroes have earned a break, don't you think? Merle finds a place to settle down. Magnus keeps 'em on their toes. Taako dispenses some beach wisdom.

This was fun and cute. I think it's funny they included a "Barry learns to swim" scene after the callouts from fans. I'm interested to see how Griffin decides to cover the time when they pick up the voidfish and other memories we've seen. Magnus was in excellent douchegoof form.

What I really liked about this is that it essentially turned the Stolen Century into another Lunar Interlude that we weren't expecting to get.

What the fuck is wrong with people, did people really earnestly take time out of their day to say "I didn't see him learning how to swim therefore I don't think he can!" ?? Do people understand how fiction works?

This was fun and cute, and I'm glad we had a warm sunny day yesterday so I could listen to it sitting outside.

Lucretia observing how much Merle likes beach life, tho, when we know that his voidfish-mind-wiped backstory is coming from a community of beach dwarves...

WHAT DID YOU DO, LUCRETIA?

Griffin is having so much fun when gets to play in the Taako-sphere as Lup. Merle's gifting scene had me cracking up on the subway.

It was the inverse of that - earlier, Barry had said that one of his favorite things was swimming in cold lakes. Afterward in the narrative, Barry said he couldn't swim, which made things a bit continuity-error-ous unless they worked to fix it.
