Having just watched this, I though it was a great season opener. The back story exposition wasn't too clunky and the character arcs are still strong.

Not sure that the actress playing the mighty witch can really carry the role, but I am willing to keep watching.

So much happened at the end of season one. Glad it got renewed, hopefully they can keep up the momentum.
