This was very pretty eye candy -- not just the cast, I mean, but the costumes/color scheme/set design. I don't think I'll continue watching, but I can see this being a good soapy guilty pleasure.

But mostly it left me wanting there to be a production of 'Mannequin: The Musical' on Broadway, because I watched that stupid movie so many times back when it was in heavy rotation on cable.

I *should* like this show. I like this kind of show. I like Lucy Hale. It's pretty - clothes, cast, set, everything. The cast seems pretty good. But it just seems... too glossy? Too good? I don't know. It's missing something. It has no edge whatsoever.
