I always sort of like these tall boys, not knowing what they were called (or that they have a million names), but now I love them. 99 % Invisible is consistently the greatest thing in the world.

Consistently, the best thing about 99% Invisible is it reminds me that everything, even the most mundane or superfluous things were all created from human will and a desire to shape the world.

What I really do love about 99% Invisible is that while they're talking about something, I start working out if I could make something similar.

Right now, I really want to make a little tall boy out of nylon or something, attached to an old computer fan. With multiple arms. And maybe some of that reflective tape that the Air Rangers have. And then keep him on my desk, constantly swaying, constantly dancing.
