I liked the outtake reel at the end. Good game too. Worth of Alex's final show.

His last regular clue, he got to drop an “Ooh, sorry!” Oddly fitting.

Having a background in chemistry, it warmed my heart to see it on Final Jeopardy. And that was a good game. I was pulling for Yoshie, I really liked her, but a very nice comeback by Jim after struggling for much of the Jeopardy round. And I admire Cliff's true DD near the end, even if it did end up knocking him out. Agreed, lovely reel at the end. If anyone missed it, the show posted it to Twitter.

I liked Yoshie a lot, though I was even more sad to see Brayden defeated earlier in the week.

I broke up super badly when he said, “See you next week.” The reel at the end made me even more sad, but it was very well done, especially ending with the wave goodbye shot.

It’s the end of an era. I’m going to read his memoir in the next few days for extra oomph.

I have a feeling someone was chopping onions in the kitchen when I watched that reel. My eyes were very moist.

Aww, the reel was nice.

A few months ago, Netflix had as part of their regular rotation of Jeopardy episodes, the first episode of every season Alex hosted. It was a delight to watch and see the changes in him over time.
