Broadcast Signal Intrusion (2021)

In the late 90s, a video archivist unearths a series of sinister pirate broadcasts and becomes obsessed with uncovering the dark conspiracy behind them.

James is still grieving over the disappearance of his wife when he stumbles across a mysterious pirate broadcast while at work. When he realizes the broadcasts may be connected with his missing wife, he becomes obsessed with solving the mystery behind them.

I really loved to see how this film managed to utilize all the hallmarks of noir in a not so distant past.
