Overall parts of this were solid! The ending was interesting as it's the first time we've seen Poirot not have evidence and not rely on gathering everyone in a room so the killer gets to use their evil voice.

The niece's fiancé was SOOOOO dumb not to realize that Poirot and Hastings had zero evidence, couldn't force him to confess, and wouldn't give him 24 hours to escape if he did.
