This wasn’t too satisfying. The main protagonists treated the Magical Land of Lens Flares, then their parallel selves, then each other, as objects to be exploited then discarded. "How can we make money off this?" This is probably why they had no friends to tell them "the company name Betafire sounds like pedophile doesn’t it?"
There was occasional banter, but the introduction of "hey, let’s make uber for parking spots" really grated. (I’m writing this from San Francisco.) Though maybe they’re aiming at making them unsympathetic, which, well done!
The description mentioned the mirror, but it felt like the camera lingered and highlighted every mirror possible, just in case. (I imagined commentary: "mirrors are a theme. uh. motif? whichever")
Universes seen: 2. Effectively, the second reset at each entry.
Positive points:
* a well-executed dolly zoom of shock
* a bloody, gory death, with intestines
* points for the techies using a whiteboard
Currently on Amazon Prime.
