The untold story of one twelve-year-old's dream to become the world's greatest supervillain.
There was a genuine comedic story struggling to get out here, of a tiny megalomaniac seething with rage at the indignities visited upon him by the life of a suburban child. Sadly, it did not succeed in escaping the yellow tide. Colorful 70s visuals; can't say much for Taraji P. Henson's voice acting as lead bad guy Belle Bottom, but her character design was pretty fabulous.
