It seems like things might have gone better with Bode not doing a few particular things; but overall it was a decent season.
A bit of a tease with the key-whisper at the end, if this is the final.

This season seemed pretty phoned-in and not very well thought out, on a number of fronts. But: A) Carly is a creepy stalker or the writers didn't quite research how far Montana is from Massachusetts. Given that Kinsey texted Tyler a couple days before the wedding, and he showed up the day prior to in the afternoon, I'd guess the latter. Or Tyler picked up an epic speed habit working on construction sites in Montana. B) I guess the actress playing Kinsey really wanted to showcase her singing chops? We all know the Jimmy Eat World catalog by heart, let's all sing along now...

Yeah, Bode doing dumb stuff basically drove the plot for half the season. You can't spend eight episodes with a big bad whose entire plan is "give me the keys or I'll hurt you".
A bit of a tease with the key-whisper at the end, if this is the final.
So even if Gideon got all the keys everyone knew about, he still wouldn't have all the keys and his plan would have failed, right?
How did he get all the keys back after the birds distracted him? Why not have one person take the animal key to get Bode and the other grab all the other keys and either run with them or use the alpha key/set Gideon on fire/go after him with shadows etc?
