This movie really snuck up on me, because it's really not the movie I was expecting from the trailer at all.
Marika Monroe produced this and continues to have the best taste. She's great as ever, expressing a great deal silently and with expressions. Jake Lacy is tragic at first then hilarious later on.
I don't want to oversell this because it's a B for me, not an A, but if you go in blind, you may have as much fun as I did. It pulls some rabbits out of a hat in a way that is delightful.

The only spoiler I will drop here at the top of the page is that this isn't a domestic violence drama or even a mystery killer story. It's sci-fi! And it's funny.
