Easily the apex of Olivier (wet weather van damme) Gruner's career, I have a soft spot for this, though it fizzles out a bit in the last third (or maybe half). The shooting scenes early on have some appeal, with the machine gunning static cyborgs and an early example of shooting around your feet to fall through to the next floor.

There is an early example of a wind turbine early in the film, and also a police drone that would still look fairly current today so someone put some effort into making it look like the near future. Not common for much of Gruner's output or similar B movies of the period.
