I didn't love season 2 as much as season 1, but, overall I was just happy to get 10 more episodes of the characters/universe. I found the finale underwhelming as I was watching it, but I think that was mainly because I was bracing myself for tragic endings, and all the happy endings took me by surprise.

I seem to be the rare person who liked Season 2 better? I don't know, the turtle plotline totally won me over, LOL! I was also surprised and delighted by the happing ending, even if all of the terror of the firebird hatching, and finally dispatching of Jin Mu, was totally underwhelming after all was said and done.

And also, who knew that the line "My wife cannot sleep" would be so smoking hot?

Yes, I would happily watch another season of Crown Prince (King!) Won doing whatever. The turtle, the whole shaman/eunuch mistaken identities, the sort of sibling squabbling between him and Jang Uk, just adorable. Won may be my favorite character of the series.
