Minor nitpick - if the observer effect collapses the superposition, even if Jason and Amanda are drugged with the frontal cortex deadening drug that prevents self-observation, aren't they still observing _each other_?

Anyway, nicely continued the buildup, although Dawn was maybe a little quick with the goddamn gun, Leighton didn't exactly rein her in. On the other hand, he's kind of a jackass too, so hopefully we've seen the last of that world while Amanda and Jason go Quantum Leaping through the multiverses trying to find Jason's home?

I'm trying to figure out how much weight Jimmi Simpson had to put on to be Schlub Ryan, or if it's all just in the camera. He looks a solid 15-20 pounds heavier, I swear.

Oh, and I wasn't quite sure who Blair was in Genius Jason's universe. One of the earliest Box pilots? The whole scene with the detective could have been clearer, maybe?

It's never explicitly stated, but the impression I get is that the box puts itself into every possible leg of the trousers of time. Whether it only does that when the blah blah uncertainty blippy whatever collapses or if there's just a mystery SCP box in every multiverse from the moment Science Jason constructed it in the Science Universe is also never stated.

I suspect you're not meant to really think too much about it, it's just a doorway to adventure!
