UnREAL: Princess

The final three are narrowed down to the last two. Faith displays some surprising savvy about her and Adam's respective situations; Anna and Grace get blinded by the competition. Quinn uses her knowledge of everyone else's after-hours activities to shore up her power, but Dr. Wagerstein makes a surprising play.

Plus: Rachel and Quinn both find themselves having sex with guys they are not very much into and it is a bummer and a half.

I thought Quinn's play against Madison was way too sloppy for the character. She has no rapport with Madison, and it seemed a foregone conclusion that Madison was going to tell someone about her conversation with Quinn. All of the nuance in that character just seemed lost in this episode, which was disappointing.

That said, I'm surprised how much I am shipping Rachel and Adam, despite the fact that I do not trust him whatsoever. I just want things to work out for them so badly! And Shiri Appleby is really doing amazing work to make me like Rachel as a person despite the overwhelming evidence that she is not a worthwhile human being.

All I want next year is Quinn and Rachel, doing something terrible while Rachel pretends she is a good person.

I thought this episode was pretty weak. On top of joan cusack the second's criticisms about the Quinn / Madison plotline, Dr. Wagerstein's attempts at manoeuvring border on farcical, and I don't buy that Rachel would choose what's-his-name over Adam, considering they have like 9000× more chemistry.
