Powers: You Are Not It

November 8, 2015 8:59 PM - Season 1, Episode 7

After Wolfe (Eddie Izzard) pleads to end his life, Walker (Sharlto Copley) and Pilgrim (Susan Heyward) must act quickly to stop Johnny Royalle (Noah Taylor) from meeting with Wolfe in The Shaft. Meanwhile Zora (Logan Browning) struggles with her newfound fame, while Calista (Olesya Rulin) becomes more desperate to discover if she truly is a Power.

The Simons suffer under the drainer, but the loss of one allow Royalle access to Wolfe. Things end with "Khaotic Chick" continues to rise, with a violent attack on a Power.

I thought Simons was very well handled all around. I like the performance and the special effects were well done. And his loneliness - totally believable.

He's much more than a "henchman" for sure. I was wondering what would happen when he went under the drainer. It seems his dupes become stand-alone beings, with their own "life" though only the original can make copies. A change to one doesn't mean a change to all.
