I realize the show is built mostly on a very broad sentimentality, but wow does it get to me anyway. Emotional rollercoaster.

So happy to see Delia again, I sort of thought she was just going to exit the show and never be mentioned again. Good for you, Call the Midwife.

Also happy that Sister Monica Joan is still with us, I really thought she wasn't going to recover. It wouldn't have been a bad end for her, content in the house she once grew up in, but I'd miss her so I"m glad she's still here. I was hoping for a scene of Sister Evangelina interacting with the squatters though.

Iris's storyline broke my heart. She was so fragile and then when Violet remembered Lorna with her it was so sweet. Her and her husband just in shock at the news that they were having another baby, him unable to smoke his cigarette because he's shaking, just... all my feels.
