From the Season 3 Companion: "Ricky (Richard Manning) wrote the episode in a way that prescribed Scorpius as the hero of the story...If we didn't know better, this is the story of a tortured, parentless young man."
So, not my favorite episode (it's not always enjoyable watching characters, even villians, be mistreated), but an interesting idea. As so often with
, it experiments and tries different things, it's never boring!
