After we didn't discuss last week's episodes, I thought I'd try to rekindle interest in talking about Galavant. But if somebody wants to post actual reviews or recaps, feel free--I won't be offended.

After that cell phone episode I was convinced this show had taken a major nosedive in terms of quality. I'm so, so happy to have my assumption proven wrong.

While I'm not one of those people who demands to see crossovers from unrelated universes, I can't help but wonder what would happen if the creative teams from Galavant and My Crazy Ex-Girlfriend got together for a massive musical extravaganza.

I missed last week's episode and the first of this week's, but luckily you can just kinda go with the flow and figure things out. And this episode's cliffhanger does seem like something it would be kind of important, plot-wise, so that works.

Wasn't Galavant's dad a different actor last time? I'm amazed they didn't reference that.

Yeah, it was Anthony Stewart Head (Giles from Buffy), but it was a flashback scene.

This is great. The musical numbers are on point.
