I loved this movie so much. One of my favorite things was that there was an Asian male romantic interest who was a little weird but mostly normal and also charming. And to me, his Asian-ness wasn't The Thing. It was just a part of who he was.

Agreed, Erwin was sooo charming and dreamy

Hailee Steinfeld's performance really made this movie for me. I think in anyone else's hands, Nadine would have just seemed irredeemably annoying and entitled.

One of my favorite little moments was Mona trying to figure out what to text back when Nadine texts "I'm safe". That was a mother/daughter interaction that really rang true to me.
