Tim DeKay made a terrible villain in this episode. I would have thought a bad guy would have been easily within his range as an actor, but either I was mistaken or he just wasn't feeling this particular bad guy. Or maybe I just don't agree with his acting choices about how he portrayed the character. (Also, is it sad I knew it was him, just by the first few words he uttered when he came on screen the first time wearing the mask?)

Yeah on Dr. Linda for not falling prey to mom's scheme. And nice of Maze to try to stand up to her as well and protect Lucifer.

I adore Tim DeKay, but, yeah, this villain was beyond my suspension of disbelief. Also kind of a let-down after the biblical vibe of last week's ending. I guess it can still go somewhere miraculous-ish for the next episode, if Chloe can't be cured by procedural means, but still. I just couldn't buy the idea that anyone would wreck their hand like that on the honor of a psychopath.

Loved the Dr. Linda/Charlotte therapy scene though. (I wonder if they'll ever have God make an appearance? I feel like that might be a blasphemy too far for Fox, but it would make for the ultimate family therapy scene.)

Ughhhhhh, Saw shit. I concur that you should not give into terrorists/serial killers since it's not like you can trust them to uh, stop.

Reminded me about the controversy about Heroes and the disposal back in the day.

I normally love Tim DeKay, hated this.
