No real comment on the plot of this episode, but do have a question - is it just me or are the prop Order of the Garter Stars that Victoria, Albert, et al. are sporting comically big? Is this a style choice by the series' costume makers or does the Crown hold a copyright on the Garter Star design they have to get around?

They seem to be the usual ridiculously big star I always see in shows. Maybe it's forbidden for exact duplicates to be made?
