Danny Strong, who plays the hedge fund guy Axe feuds with, is one of those guys that really knows how to play a weasel that makes it so the audience cheers it on when he gets punched, even if the guy doing the punching is a sociopath. He was great in Justified in a role that required a similar demeanor.

Jeffrey DeMunn (Rhoades Sr.) has a parallel talent for playing "clueless old entitled white guy" roles. Maybe not clueless, here, so much as tone-deaf. I wonder if they'll explore how his behavior resulted in Giamatti's character's fucked-upped-ness.

This show is so unrelentingly cheesy I can't even. And like I can't tell if it's being cheesy on purpose or if it's just way more over-wrought than it was trying to be.
