Two and a half years, and I only just now realized that Craig is Ryan DiGiorgi?

They're definitely going a lot harder on the continuity / worldbuilding these days, and I think it's a stronger effort for it. I'm very intrigued at the new emphasis on Earth.

I skipped though most of the space station stuff, I did NOT like them saying that it wasn't real, that was very disruptive to my suspension of disbelief. Now I listen, I probably missed out on some funny bits. So I didn't realize Craig was Ryan DiGiorgi until you mentioned it.

The world building was a bit thick this episode, I found myself tuning out at about 2/3rds through, but then I got back into it. They definitely needed to do something to shake things up, but I'm wondering if they can pull it off. They seem to preform best when they're pointed in a general direction, rather than having to complete a list of things the episode needs to accomplish.

This is my first week of being caught up, it took me so long to do. I miss listening to 1-2 a day, and it seems that every time I catch up with a podcast they stop producing new ones.

So no sponsor this week, that's a bit worrying. Have they gone without one since being acquired? They even mentioned having a long advertisement in the episode. Is this a bad sign?

I can't imagine it's a sign of anything. Stitcher Premium was essentially the sponsor this week, weren't they?

Stitcher and Earwolf(HFTMT) are both parented by the E. W. Scripps Company. I think any plugs for other EWSC companies would be an obligation rather than a sponsorship.
