Ah, the "normalcy" of coming home to three teenaged-ish children as a single mother.

Sam Fox's rant about being nice... hurts - for the crappy bfcompanion, for her, for everyone single person who has kids they have to take care of. Expediency and learned habits versus trying different things to see if something else might work better.

"I was being nice to you" is a pretty scorched earth weapon, though.

Ouch.
