Annie's story was so sad, and probably the best one in a literary sense.
Mark Frost is clearly more interested in Dr. Jacoby than I am. That chapter was a slog.
I appreciate how straight to the point it was while still leaving a lot of mysteries to ponder. Like, Audrey isn't still in a coma, but it isn't entirely clear where she is.
Ray was a deep cover agent!
We never got back around to the dissolution of Shelly and Bobby's marriage, did we?
Agent Preston is apparently the kind of person whose writing is a lot different from how they come across in person.
So, is BOB supposed to be Joudy's male counterpart utukku, Ba'al/Beezlebub?

While it has the aura of auto-fanfic, I don't think that's too much of a problem. There were complaints during the series that we're not told very much about the characters, and it seems that While episode 18 was about the people that Lynch is interested in, this is mostly an opportunity for closure (or something very like) for all the other characters, and what happens after Cooper goes into the Lodge. Albert's autopsy report on Leo Johnson is a highlight (yes, it answers all sorts of those questions, but not all of them). Given that Twin Peaks sort of dominated my cultural year, it's nice to have this to round it off.

I liked that it answered some questions, but not all the questions.
The Log Lady's final speech was an amazing piece of writing and, as the kids say, gave me all the feels.
