Roger Cobb (Steve Martin) seems to be doing ok, but on his 38th birthday he decides it's time to get serious. After telling his boss, he wants to be partner, he's sent to amend the will dying heiress Edwina Cutwater (Lily Tomlin). But things go awry when Cobb is informed that Edwina intends for her soul to migrate at the time of her death to the body of young and healthy Terry Hoskins (Victoria Tennant). [more inside]
