Selina goes into protective custody at Wayne manor and bonds with Bruce. Penguin breaks into Liza's apartment to gather information about her true allegiance. Jim and Bullock investigate the violent jailbreak/kidnapping of a bombmaker during his transfer to a mental health facility.
