The Last Kingdom: Episode Four Show Only Season 1, Ep 4
To further his claim to the title of Ealdorman, Uhtred marries a wife selected for him by King Alfred, unaware of why his bride had been previously shunned by suitors. After the Danes invade and take a Wessex fortress, Alfred exchanges hostages, Uhtred among them, in another deal to bide time until he can properly deal with those who threaten the future of England.
The Last Kingdom: Episode 3 Show Only Season 1, Ep 3
Uhtred finally wins the support (nominal) of Alfred, but he soon learns that it will come at a price. The Danes make a move on Wessex which leads to a confrontation between Alfred and Ubba at the negotiation table.
The Last Kingdom: Episode 2 Show Only Season 1, Ep 2
Uhtred and Brida seek to report to Ubba the truth of what happened to Ragnar and Ragnar's family, and find themselves contending with a lie by the murders' perpetrators. In Wessex, King Æthelred concerns himself on how to handle the Viking menace, while his brother, Alfred considers the fate of the idea of England. Elsewhere, the Kingdom of East Anglia succumbs to the Vikings and Edmund becomes a Martyr.
Vikings: Paris Season 3, Ep 7
The viking fleet sails up the Seine and establish camp within eyesight of the prize of Paris. Within the Parisian walls, the king of West Francia, grandson of Charlemagne, makes the decision at the urging of his daughter, to remain in the city despite the threat of attack. In Wessex, King Ecbert sends his son to Mercia to remind its ruler of its vassal state status. Also, Ragnar places Floki in charge of the attack on the city.
Vikings: Born Again Season 3, Ep 6
Planning for the attack on Paris is underway, and Aethelstan meets Ragnar's original source of information concerning the lands to the West. In Wessex, Lady Judith gives birth to a son named Alfred, whom King Ecbert believes may have special importance. Meanwhile, Aethelstan has a religious experience and declares himself a born again Christian, which leads to problems among the rest of the viking community, particularly Floki.
Vikings: The Usurper Season 3, Ep 5
The Vikings return from England to discover a surprising death and news of the visit by the Wanderer. Lagertha learns of her usurpation by Kalf and demands Ragnar take action to remove the traitor from her place of power. Back in Wessex, Aethelwulf discovers his wife has been unfaithful, while King Ecbert puts yet another plan into motion concerning the Viking settlement.
Vikings: Scarred Season 3, Ep 4
Ragnar and his warriors return to King Ecbert's court with the Princess Kwenthrith and her brother, leaving one battlefield for another. Ecbert requests both Athelstan and Lagertha to remain in Wessex, while Ragnar sets his eyes for home. Back in Kattegat, the Wanderer and Queen Aslaug increasingly spend more time togther, while Siggy watches with growing disapproval.
