Odd the worm guy's body was cut up and there was no mention of a mess or the impact that would have had on the killer's outfit.

She stripped her precious jacket off no, before killing him?

I thought the worm guy's body was chewed up in the machine in the lab in which he was found, and not by the killer?

Actual snort at Sherlock awkwardly dropping a two-years-too-late Hamilton reference.

The worm plot felt very convoluted; it also felt like maybe the production budget didn't quite run to everything they wanted to show, so a lot of the concluding worm-farm / mulberry-plantation stuff mostly just got narrated at us.

An entomologist on Twitter: "Hey— tonight’s episode of Elementary about transgenic silkworms was the one I advised on! Just caught the last 10 minutes but it doesn’t appear that any of my advice was taken..."

A Hamilton reference is never too early or too late. It arrives precisely when it means to.
