Bought this one before finishing the episode. Gotta get some multiplayer going. Dead-on with the evaluation that it’s exactly how you remember it, since it’s grown up just enough with video games at large.

I had the chance last year while visiting a dear friend in St Louis to play through the original TMNT arcade box at one of those hipster craft beer bars that has arcade games.

It was really, really, REALLY fun!

Amazing how much fun it was tbh. I'm sure being an adult with an essentially infinite supply of quarters made a big difference. When I was playing these games as an actual child at the mall arcades, I was always kinda poor and so I'd have like 6 quarters and that was it. Never was enough to complete a playthrough in one go.

It was so much fun, we then immediately also played through the entirety of the old XMEN arcade game.

I will definitely be picking this up on Switch and playing through with my spouse.
