More satisfying than the season that preceded it, season 2 of The Outlaws does a great job of exploring the world it introduced in season 1 and fully realizing the paths the story put its characters on. Anyone who left season 1 feeling a bit underserved by the series will likely find the show’s second — and possibly final — set of episodes more rewarding, even without as many laughs." -- Rick Marshall, digitaltrends [note: there will be a third season]
"I really wanted to like it, but I can’t help feeling bored by this show. This might be because episodes are an hour long, when it feels like the kind of show that would benefit from shorter, punchier half-hour episodes." --

I did really like this season. It takes the characters in interesting places. That said, while the first season felt at least somewhat plausible, the hurdles to get the main plot going felt a bit forced this time around.
There is apparently going to be a new reason, which I find a bit surprising, given where this season left off... it felt very concluded, and the central reason for all the characters to be linked seems to have been lost.

Also, Rhianne Barreto needs to get every role in everything from now on.
