Sorority House Massacre II (1990)

Five college women buy the old Hokstedter place for their new sorority house. They decide to stay in it for the night to meet the movers in the morning, but begin to get the creeps when the weird neighbor starts poking around.
While billed as a sequel, Jim Wynorski, who co-wrote the 78-page script in three days — and shot the film in seven, claims it was created on a whim. Other potential titles included "The Seance" and "Nightie Nightmare" before settling as the "sequel" to the 1986 slasher Sorority House Massacre. This would also allow Wynorski to use footage from the first film to pad out this one.
Starring Gail Thackray, Melissa Moore (Samurai Cop), and Peter Spellos as Orville Ketchum who would all do Hard to Die together that same year.
